UPDATE: A suspect is now in custody following a standoff near Nicollet Avenue and 28th Street in Minneapolis. Hennepin County Sheriff Dawanna Witt said during a news conference that a woman and child had been inside the apartment building. Both were secured by law enforcement and taken to safety.
