OCD shoved me into some really dark places but I came to terms with the reality that OCD might be a reason but not an excuse. It was too easy for me to use it as some kind of crutch to not getting better. Adjusting my perspective was difficult. But it was totally worth it.
Last year i was persistently stuck at the 500 mark so this growth feels wild to me. I am so thankful for the support I have received recently on instagram. I think my recent shift in how I engage with the community has been a factor.
