Yes, we probably do deserve “Posh National Front MP in tears after verbal assault by thuggish Lib Dems, just because his party is deliberately inflaming hate that is now causing riots”. It is not IMO that much dumber or more insulting than any of the rest of the shenanigans.
Sorry but hate presenting this as “ooh this is the scary future under reform” like this isn’t the Scary Present under Labour. This is not Reform’s Britain, this is Labour’s Britain. Its here its now and laying responsibility explicitly outside of the Actual Current Gov is a major mistake

We’ve now had two nights of violence in Belfast and yet almost nobody talking about loyalist paramilitaries, the marching season etc Look at where violence is. These are very particular parts of Belfast And yet hear more about ‘Protestants and catholics coming together against migrants’ than this
This, Abso-fucking-lutly this!
Trying to think why British Unionist right wing press and British Unionist right wing government are struggling to report or deal with the links between the violence and Unionist loyalist groups.

This should be the news coming out of Belfast today. The Finucane family have fought for years to get to this point & the inquiry opens with a UK Govt apology that will get lost in today's news. Pay attention to this - the past hasn't passed here, as days of unrest show: www.rte.ie/news/ireland...

Labour tries to keep the ball and take it home. And fails. After demanding a Parliamentary enquiry into party finances, it votes against one... because it would cover Labour as well. Wonder what it's afraid of 🤔 www.thenational.scot/news/2618419...

If we end up with an investigation into all political parties in Scotland then we may discover some "interesting" things... Sarwar says that the SNP have nothing to fear if they have nothing to hide. Why, then, does he want to avoid scrutiny of his own party? 🤔
