just got off a therapy call where my therapist suggested i hold my chiikawa plush as a grounding technique after i cried a lot and i wound up smiling & laughing gleefully at this little thing with my red face and wet bloodshot eyes and i felt completely insane

turns out that the accident might have saved his life. the new exams show he is severely anemic, most probably due to a parasite.
