Given all of the recent genAI discussion, I wish to repost this.

mildly fascinating: dragonborn's normals are set up so that for the most part, dark areas have more skintone influence and light areas have less (which mostly makes sense in that the effect is that thicker scales that raise up higher are less influenced by the skintone beneath them)
