Pepík Pub, Wroclaw 🇵🇱 1st visit. File under forgettable. Czech food and drink, it may have (Polička 11° + Topinky in my case) but pub it is not.
Gelda Piw craft beer pub, Wroclaw 🇵🇱 is now permanently closed
Pub Biały Wilk, Wrocław 🇵🇱 1st visit. Nice place. Inspired by The Witcher, name means White Wolf. Popular with rock/D&D fans, general geekitude which is cool with me as it is social & casual. Upstairs has such a low ceiling it doesn't feel legal 😆 Czech draft, Polish craft 🍻👍

Pociąg, Wrocław 🇵🇱 1st visit. Est 2004 so one of the survivors on this row of bars. In hindsight quite a delayed visit here. The era of Poland when it was into antiquey bars. Rich reds, lampshades, jazz & blues rock. It keeps on trucking and I'll pop back in one evening. 🎵🍻👍
Mistrz i Małgorzata, Wrocław 🇵🇱 1st visit. Not quite the level of the last place but yeah, pretty good all the same. Rock soundtrack and similar drinks selection too. Ticking over well given the time of day. 9zl for Konrad is the cheapest beer of the Polish leg of this trip. Does the job well 🍻👍
Spiż, Wrocław 🇵🇱 10th or 11th visit. Perhaps 10 other venues in Europe match this Brewery + Beer Hall for grandeur & sense of institution. Fewer still have a marketplace terrace you can spend all day people watching plus a casual social cellar pub. Sweet edged brews. Unique in Poland 👍🍻
Swing Bar, Wrocław 🇵🇱 1st visit. One of the railway viaduct bars and it's a good one. Colourful, social, good tempo and energy. Lamps remind me of Chmury in Warsaw. Sound of trains passing overhead now and then. Good soundtrack. Jazzy artwork. Stu Mostow IPA on tap. I like it. 🍻👍
Spiż, Wrocław 🇵🇱 Showers have replaced sun. Where's dry? Oh yeah - the basement of the New Town Hall with that famous brewery and beer hall in it. 👍🍻
Bałagan, Wrocław 🇵🇱 1st visit. The viaduct arch bars keep on coming. To my eyes this one used to be Sielanka. Anyway, the interior has something about it and although draft options are limited there's a wall of bottles to go at. WC ⚽ on TV 🍻👍
