By integrating these datasets spatiotemporal prediction models are capable to produce versatille catch maps that help fishers identify the most promising areas for their operations including info on #bycatch of ETPs.

Last Friday we learnt from Lola Riesgo (CSIC-IEO) about the methodology developd for modelling probabilitay areas of occurrance of #bycatch of Mobulidae in the Tropical Atlantic, whether at the species level or the population level, and how the results can be applied for management purposes.
