also yeah i added "lore accurate" sparkles to the horns. its the poiyomi sparkle setting. im not actually doing much magic here. this is on top of the silly normals hack too btw.
one downside is that i didn't just mask the horns for emmissives, which is why the eyes (and mouth) also have this fx
