Happy birthday to Shannon Fill, Sito Jaxa on TNG. She was introduced in "The First Duty" as part of Wesley Crusher's Nova Squadron (with Nick Locarno) and was one of the four junior officers featured in "Lower Decks," then reprised the role on Lower Decks. And she'll be at STLV this year!

"Night" uses a simple premise to extract a ton of satisfying character focused elements, both big and small. Most notable is Janeway's self-reflective and guilt ridden state of mind, which Kate Mulgrew plays perfectly. Stylish visuals and a killer score enhance it nicely.
