Go read a book--there should be no stable text in a dream. Also(ref. Inception movie) try to recall how you got here and where you came from.
In my exp, the very fact one asks this question shows it's most probably not a dream, I usually readily accept any weird nonsense in my dreams w/o doubts 😵💫
