لليوم السادس على التوالي، يستمر احتجاز 10 نشطاء دوليين متضامنين مع غزة بعد اعتقالهم تعسفيًا في سرت من قبل قوات حفتر.
حتى الآن، لا يزال المحتجزون محرومين من التواصل مع محامين أو مع عائلاتهم، كما لا تتوفر أي معلومات حول أوضاعهم الصحية والقانونية أو الإجراءات المتخذة بحقهم.
To date, they have been denied access to lawyers and contact with their families. No information has been made available regarding their health conditions, legal status, or the procedures being taken against them.
Once again, the de facto authorities in eastern Libya have demonstrated their disregard for the most basic legal safeguards and their failure to uphold fundamental standards for the protection of detainees and respect for their rights.
