Narok technically has gages made of bear claws (dyed black, shaped, etc). The earrings are magicked to hide his true hair/fur color.
Kas has several ear piercings too. Her fav earrings are big blue tear drop things.

I haven't drawn the wrist tattoo but it's used for getting in and out of places that are off limits to civilians. It's basically "I have a permit, I go where I want".
The back tattoo is what connects him to his god(s) and gives him their magic.
