Saw a YouTube short about new features in Madden 27 (where the YouTuber was sponsored by EA of course) and the guy was talking about dynamic weather being this game changing new thing and everyone in the comments was yelling THIS WAS A FEATURE I REMEMBER ON THE PLAYSTATION 2
