I wonder when we started looking for domestication between other species? Does anyone know? Like animal language and culture, I imagine it must've been pretty recently. Wouldn't it be cool if animals were domesticating each other all over the place and we only noticed now?

Some tarantulas keep frogs as 'pets'.
The frogs eat ants & other small bugs that might attack the eggs or young spiderlings of the tarantula & the tarantula provides shelter in their burrows.
What's more: the tarantula will attack predators that might threaten the frog.
