throughout the history of xeno, the only major gaps between releases were 4 years each between gears and saga 1 as well as between saga 3 and blade 1 and 5 years between blade 1 and X; including dlc and DE content, every other gap has been under 3
i know i'm currently running with the idea the previous xeno stuff in genesis will be limited to malos and exploring concepts that weren't fleshed out fully in gears/saga but how did i not think of the theory i've seen that eleanor's nickname will be elly, am i stupid
i need to find a context where i can um acktually the first elf girl xenoblade protagonist was melia in future connected as a bit but idk where even i would get the chance to be that pedantic
btw if Anshar is a space colony and the story takes us to another one we're either getting mechs/a spaceship as the final mount in the game OR the dragons can just fly through space, which is no less cool imo
honestly nuts how good xenoblade fans are eating rn, even if genesis is later in 2027 the largest gap between S2 editions this year is five months and the only time there's been a gap in new content for the series longer than 2 and a half years was between 1 and X a decade ago
