Finished this coot on the river #linocut #reductionprint (30x51cm), printed in 7 subsequent layers, all carved from the same block of lino, thereby reducing the remaining linoleum with each layer. Edition of 18. 🪶

“De patatgeneratie” (‘The fast food generation’). #Linocut #reductionprint, 6 layers with 11 colours of ink. A bunch of gulls dancing in the air, but looking closer you’ll see that one of them stole a French fry🍟 (‘patatje’ in Dutch). Gulls fascinate me. They are loud and full of personality. 🪶

“Aan boord van de Mars” (2025), reduction linocut of sailing ship ‘de Mars’ on the Dutch Waddensea. Handprinted in 13 layers (with +30 colors of ink) cut from the same linoleum block. Available as soon as it is fully dry and signed (or preorder).
