This will make some folks mad :).
The best way for these grocery stores to work is if they use AI to get an edge over private grocery stores.
AI is the one way for the state government to out perform private enterprises.

I like that the distribution of 5 opening stores throughout burroughs seems to be an approach to fairness. Fairness, like privacy (and so many species) seems to be on verge of extinction. Hopefully, this effort will amount to more than one final death rattle & catch on elsewhere.
