I may start spending more time over here. I had a wild Monday on the 🧵 app dealing with fragile white men, it has me a bit on edge. Its interesting how I got reprimanded for calling a bigot "dickbag" but he & others could use multiple racial/homophobic slurs without recourse.
Oh my goodness. @netgalley.bsky.social thank you for the honor of getting to read an ARC of You Should Have Been Nicer To My Mom by Vincent Tirado. I finished it in just a couple sittings, I did not want to put it down. I have to work on a couple thoughts but stayed tuned for a full review.
I was asked by a patron yesterday to recommend a book without thinking. A book I really loved I wanted people to read. I blurted “Hell Followed With Us” by @ajwhiteauthor.bsky.social. He asked why this book. I told him it was terrifying, real, & full of religious trauma. Everyone needs to read it.
