Job Alert 🚨: Research Coordinator position at SDSU. This RC will work on a randomized controlled trial, evaluating a new suicide prevention intervention for LGBTQ+ youth and young adults at risk for repeat attempts (QueerCare). Start date in Summer 2026, but flexible. Message me with questions!
As many have pointed out, open science methods don't make research strong. But I think they function like nutrition labels--they let you see what's in the study and decide whether you want to consume it. Some will still be happy with a diet of junk, but others will demand healthier evidence.
Supremely talented doctoral student Halle Fowler is hoping to put together an ABCT panel related to Deaf and Hard of Hearing suicide prevention or mental health. We have multiple qualitative and quantitative studies on DHH interpretation in mental health settings. We need help finding panelists!
