I am not comfortable with all the provisions of the Courts and Tribunals Bill, which is a mess and needs a lot of work. But the simple fact that the majority of cases are heard in the mags and not before a jury is always absent in these conversations. /1

Otherwise, the rest is literally routine government action - one might describe it as “securing your borders”….
It is about time we discussed the expansion of the World Cup to 48 teams and the effect. As we saw yesterday, this means that hapless sides with mediocre players qualify and you have to sit through turgid matches early on.
We need a rethink when sides such as Scotland find a route to qualify.
I have been sent this by someone else, but this must be the worst look-a-like contest in history. Literally two of these men have even a passing resemblance to Southgate. 1 looks more like Jack Grealish, 2 and 6 look less like him that either of my cats.
Oh well, I never liked the garden furniture anyway.
