I mean not that easy, if you went to build 1000 office towers you're probably going to muck with the local construction economics as far as building them, and you're definitely going to sewer the office leasing market but you get the idea.
That is to say, I don't advise building 1000 office towers.
You can get a ~60 storey REALLY fancy office tower in downtown Toronto for ~$1B, for a ~$1000B you get 1000 of them.
