My guess remains RTD was going to have the Doctor be like Romana trying on new bodies at the start of Destiny of the Daleks. A few fan favourites and big names take turns for mins each ("oh! I can't stop!"). New Doctor at the end. Now tho just an aside, "I tried on an old friend's face once".
