1. If you are an elite athlete, OR elderly/frail, maybe you do need extra protein.
2. That's not you. You're not an elite athlete.
3. If it is you: consider yogurt.

Extra protein can be found in everything now, from potato chips to Pop-Tarts. Does this benefit the average eater?
