Does anyone maybe recognise a crt menu that looks like this? Driving me up the wall that this would be the easiest thing to fix in the world if I just knew how to access the service menu or whatever I did earlier to make this work but I'm cursed by obscure euro-tv

Shot in the dark but is anyone familiar with the issue of a crt forcing 16:9 when you switch to av? Been a reoccurring issue with the saturn and I can't find any menu option to force otherwise, I fixed it once but had no clue how so at the very least it seems possible
