This song has no instruments in it: Andy Brewer turns pink noise into a polyphonic sine synthesizer using only the EQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
As far as I'm aware, this is the first-ever song composed using EQ as the primary "instrument"... and despite having only 24 eq points to program, I've never in my life missed using a MIDI controller as much as I have during these last two weeks😩

Why would I willingly submit to such a painfully slow composing process? FOR SCIENCE. hahaha.... yeaahh... The truth is, I watched a sound design short from the @Cableguys channel about using EQ to pull tones out of white noise, and I just couldn't get my brain off the idea. I had the feeling it would be possible to make a song using just EQ. After all, I'm essentially working with a 24-voice poly sine synth. The real challenge, however, was making something that actually sounded good. And I guess I'll let you guys be the judge of that.

Needless to say, no AI was used in the music or video production process.
Also, if you are reading this, you have my official permission to use or remix the audio from this video as you see fit as long as it is not posted "as-is" to music streaming platforms.
