A reminder that Brazil banned Twitter for failing to stop the spreading of disinformation. There is nothing stopping the British government from doing the same.
A statement from the family of the victim of the knife attack in Belfast calling for the attack not to he used for division, and stating that many immigrants make a valuable contribution to the UK. A statement that will likely just be ignored by those wishing to exploit the attack.
If social media were around in the late 70s and early 80s, Thatcher and Reagan would have branded “woke leftist Globalists” and would never have been elected.
