Pro tip: do not use AI to write your cover letter for a submission to a literary magazine. Seriously, just don't. It's a major turn off and very obvious and makes the editor reading your submission barf a little.
I'm reading about 25 pages of the new @saralippmann.bsky.social aloud to my wife every night before bed. The rhythm of her writing and the beats her sentences hit are so pleasing and the time jump storytelling is propulsive. If you haven't ventured into Lippmann Land yet, I highly recommend it!
