For anyone who has missed this story, two Montreal police officers (as part of a larger group of racist officers) have been accused of cutting & keeping locs of Black Quebecers as trophies. It's off the charts sociopathic behaviour. It reminds me of the British in in Ethiopia. (See next post.)
