I wish there was any way to believe this money would go to the Iranian people.
But frankly, the US does owe massive reparations for launching a war of aggression.
Americans who are mad about this should be far more upset we launched this war to begin with.

Here's the operative language: "The U.S. undertakes, together with regional partners, a comprehensive plan...for the rehabilitation and economic development of Iran...of at least $300 billion."
