sometimes my niece will ask questions about her grandma, who passed suddenly when i was 9 but is unequivocally one of the greats. and she’ll be like “would my grandma like me?” and i get to share auntie ei lore. i get to say “not just that: she would be OBSESSED with you, exactly as you are” =]
