Psyraps learn mostly on their own as children since they lack the instinct to rely on adults and will instead explore their dangerous world with clutchmates. If raised in a proper scourge, then the adults will typically protect and guide them as a community effort rather than one on one parenting.

Closest psyraps get to having anything "criminalized" between themselves (that is otherwise seen as legal in humanthro culture) is taking a prey species as your main mate, especially a human. The main risk would be that if discovered, the 'offending' psyrap would likely be made to eat their lover.
