I dry brined these suckers all night. The ribs have brown sugar, sweet paprika, black pepper, kosher salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. The pork loin just got a kosher salt brine overnight and then the rub afterwards was cracked pepper, garlic, onion, sweet paprika, and some Dijon mustard
