Don’t think I’ve ever been this stoked for a team I knew nothing about prior to today. Hot damn. My hat is off to Cabo Verde.

I’m am not, as usual, deeply disappointed… yet. So there’s that. I don’t know that I’d say I’m actually impressed, but I’m not mad.
But Timmy, buddy, you’re on defense for a reason. Maybe actually stay there?
Two that stick out:
- Billed as a romance and I got a third of the way in and we hadn’t met the MMC yet. Didn’t care to wait it out.
- Audiobook w/ the worst “Texas accent”. And I wasn’t being precious about it as a Texan - it was a bad attempt at any kind of Southern-ish US accent.
