Today’s been a hot one.
That was one of my worst sessions in a while if I’m honest. Only got half of my workout done and had to drop weight on some movements as I just wasn’t feeling it.
At least my arms are looking decent though.
Just spent 2 hours having a masseuse contort me every which way. Including having her stand on my back.
Don’t know if I’ve felt relief like this in such a long time.
