Secondhand, but I've heard tell throught channels of some contract lawyers essentially using AI to write or redline contracts, producing essentially non-human readable contracts and sharing them with vendors.
I mean, the lawyers aren't even trying to earn their $250/hr anymore.

In Mississippi, lawyers on both sides of a court case were caught using AI, essentially two LLMs arguing against each other. The judge dismissed all lawyers from the case and canceled the trial:
