"The Tenant" by Roland Topor was one more recommendation by @paultremblay.bsky.social in "Head full of Ghosts". And man, I have read a lot of horror. But this story about a guy, whose neighbours are all out to get him. (Or are they?) Hit home differently, especially the terror of noise complaints.
