Our firefighters put their health and safety on the line each and every day to serve our communities and keep folks safe. I've been proud to support their good work as governor, and it was an honor to receive the Professional Fire Fighters of Wisconsin's Lasting Impact Award.
Ten years ago, 49 lives were taken far too soon and countless others were forever changed by an act of senseless violence and hate at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando.
Today, we honor their memories and continue the fight to protect and defend our LGBTQ loved ones and neighbors.
