/3 Springer Nature is a German company, w/53% of the stock owned by a private family company, Holtzbrinck Publishing Group. It tried IPOs in 2018 & 2020 but they failed, it's said for "unfavorable market conditions." I wonder just how much money Springer Nature makes now.
