There's a bit of unraveling happening with Education reEnvisioned, the controversial Colorado education cooperative that approved a "public Christian school" and dramatically expanded homeschool enrichment programs. www.chalkbeat.org/colorado/202...
CNN's resident fact-checker Daniel Dale hasn't conducted an on-air fact check of Trump in more than three months, a stretch that coincidentally began around the same time Paramount announced its merger with WBD www.status.news/p/daniel-dal...
This shooting in Colorado happened several years ago, but the details have stuck with me ever since. Here is the story on what happened when several men with guns converged in the town square. www.nytimes.com/2026/06/08/u...

Yesterday, the Justice Department appointed what appears to be an ICE lawyer to handle immigration habeas cases for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Colorado. I'm not sure I've seen this before, notwithstanding the huge volume of habeas litigation here. It begs the question: how many AUSA's have left?
For the first time, Colorado will be able to regulate autism therapy centers and require their employees to obtain certification. This comes after a federal audit found Colorado may have paid nearly $80 million to providers who didn't show documentation to prove they provided services
Terribly sad news. So many great records were made at Ardent Studios but I'll always think of them as the home of Big Star.
Some really crazy cases in here - cop looked up ex-girlfriend and family in Flock 100+ times - cop stalked wife giving "test" as reason - cop searched one plate 395 times in 10 months; was later fired Cops keep getting arrested for using Flock to stalk people www.404media.co/cops-keep-ge...

I have my well-established complaints with Maggie and Swan's version of access journalism. But I love love love their new habit of providing seating maps for important meetings. www.nytimes.com/2026/06/10/m...

It's sad to see Ardent shut down. Ardent was the most important and successful studio in Memphis, beginning in the late 1960s. I spent a lot of time there and have many fine memories. I loved that the studio and my hometown were a magnet for so many artists. news.radiofacts.com/memphis-hist... 1/2
