Watching my brother play through ARR patches and I have to hold back my reactions to certain npcs so he doesn’t know who becomes important later on. Like yeah, I feel so normal about Elidibus! He’s just a regular antagonist, and I definitely haven’t cried more over him than any other npc in the game
