As another year passes for the tsuchinoko in the Year of the Snake, another skin is shed, and with a new shed comes growth. The tsuchinoko lays itself to rest to remain dormant until February 28th of 2026, exactly one year from now. I shall see you again, my tsuchinoko brethren…
