I 100% agree with you and many other people. Just wish I read this earlier on in my illness. PEM had already caused irreparable damage to my body before I knew what it was called.

Yesterday was the start of Carers Week 2026. We are celebrating carers of ME sufferers by sending special BearHugs Smiles to thank the wonderful carers for all they do and to show them how much they are appreciated. Lots of love to all carers, you are amazing 🩵
