My brother in law currently has terminal nasopharyngeal cancer. They can’t treat it; they can only borrow time now. He has an outlook of 6 months to a year, maybe 2 if he’s lucky. He’s 48. Saying it with my whole chest: parents, make sure your kids get the HPV vaccine.

13 years ago today I finished my last round of chemo and radiation for stage 4 throat cancer. My only advice from the experience is for parents: make sure your kids get the HPV vaccine - save them or their partner from having to go through the gauntlet of cancer treatment.
