I also think we could really underestimate the long term impact the COVID lock downs will have on people born between about 1999 and 2005. Not all of them but some of them will have been impacted far more than many.
I feel sorry for the poor chef whose use of good salt has obviously backfired!
An email arrives from a good wine shop which includes this rather candid observation about one of their Portuguese wines. The result is that it is being offered at as little as less than one-third of the price of the next vintage. Any ideas what might have happened?! And would you take a punt?
