🐾Mocha back on list. Left tied outside ASPCA. Originally at ACC 3 yrs ago. Owner contacted & doesn't want to reclaim, listed various excuses including Mocha has separation anxiety & has bit small animals (birds, squirrels). Earned 2nd best behavior.
