I think "over his head" can apply to most if not all of the Giants FO at this point too. Just a broken organization.
Kruk is terrific...and I'm pretty confident that he doesn't get asked that question unless he makes it clear that he wants to get asked that question.
(And yes, the four of them are the best broadcast team in baseball by far, and Kruk & Kuip should go into the Hall together).
There is no good answer to the second question but it would be illuminating to hear them try.

Here's what I want a beat writer to ask the players involved:
1.) Were you required to wear the pride uniforms or was it optional?
2.) If the answer to the first one is that it was not required, ask them why they thought Pride Night was an appropriate time to proselytize?
If you just wanted to play baseball then you should have done that, you bigoted asshole, instead of spitting in the face of your fanbase and queer baseball fans everywhere.
