Am I too basic for shipping them?
The true mark of an ass website is when they bothered to make it "smart" about things and it's like "baby's first RegEx".
Bonus points if you add animated foldouts that completely fuck up the browser's scroll.
There are some integrations of the "very bespoke" variety that are missing and it might just be a dealbreaker for you.
But if you want crazy fast recursive file search, neat split screen/multi tab, and easy, useful and visible keyboard shortcuts, this sleek friendly program thing can help.
Recommendation: I've been using File Pilot instead of the win explorer for almost a year now and it's one of the most helpful customizations I've ever done to my Windows experience besides just switching to Mint or something idk 🤣.
It's fast as heck and I've run into bugs like 3 times maybe.
It's 2026 ffs, how are official, important websites so ass?
They worry more about having a cool CSS and making it "reactive" than making sure navigation makes sense and forms don't have stupid bugs and not all phone numbers have the same amount of digits, not everyone lives in Buenos Aires!
