I know recency bias and all that, but god damn Obsession might be the best horror movie experience I've had in a while. It made me feel dread in a way that I haven't felt since the first time I saw Hereditary
They're a ton of fun, and I don't think I really have an unhealthy relationship with them. But its just not leading to much longterm fulfillment as a hobby

It's kind of amazing how much just keeping a notebook helps with creativity and ideas. And I'm mostly just using it for tracking tasks/notes for work. But something about the physical act of writing and jotting down little ideas is really nice. I kept one for years, not sure why I ever gave that up.
Feel like I need a huge break from video games. Really want to rewire my brain to make other activities more appealing again
