What a wonderful, sunny weekend we had in Cardiff at the Pride Cymru parade! This year we joined the Tai Pawb contingent, a happy, warm & welcoming group, with lots of smiles and laughter along the way. That's what community is all about, and fundamental for good mental health. ❤️

Our volunteers tell us that being a part of their community helps them to feel connected, valued and gives them a sense of belonging. Last year we participated in 165+ wellbeing events across Gwent, supporting people back to work, helping them develop new skills.
