CA can & should sue him for defamation. This is not Presidential speech, it is a personal libel. Courts made a point of this distinction re his Jan. 6 address to his followers.

The state of California should immediately sue this irresponsible, lying POS for $100 billion for defamation and libel. Two can play that game. Only difference? California's lawsuit would not be frivolous, as Trump's accusations are without basis and are intended to undermine the state's elections.
